Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear, up-front terms for memberships, appointments, and prescribed medication.
Membership
Membership is month-to-month at $85.99/mo. You may cancel anytime with 30 days' notice — there is no minimum term and no lock-in. Cancellation stops future membership billing; it does not retroactively refund a month already begun. Prepaid plans (6-month or annual) may be canceled at any time; unused, unstarted prepaid months are refundable on a prorated basis, less any discount already realized.
Provider Evaluation
The $110 Provider Evaluation reserves clinician time and is charged when you book. Because it pays for the clinical evaluation itself, it is nonrefundable once the evaluation has taken place. If you cancel before your evaluation with at least 24 hours' notice, the fee is fully refundable.
Appointments — cancellations & no-shows
A nonrefundable $100 booking fee applies to no-call/no-shows or to cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another patient.
Prescribed medication
Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate and is fulfilled by state-licensed, FDA-registered compounding pharmacies. For safety and regulatory reasons, prescribed and dispensed medications cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will coordinate a resolution with the pharmacy.
