This is a medically supervised approach to weight management. It is generally considered for adults who meet clinical criteria for overweight or obesity — for example, a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a weight-related health condition — evaluated individually. A licensed provider determines candidacy based on your full clinical picture, not a number alone. It is not a quick fix, it is not right for everyone, and results vary from person to person.

Is the medication compounded?+
Yes. When clinically appropriate, your provider prescribes compounded GLP-1 therapy (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide), prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy based on your individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; your provider will explain what that means for you.
Do you take insurance?+
No. Care at BioPeakRx is provided on a cash-pay / membership basis. Fees are disclosed to you before services are provided.
