Cost is one of the first things people want to know — and one of the hardest to get a straight answer on in this space. Here’s a transparent, plain-language breakdown of how provider-led GLP-1 and peptide therapy is priced, with no insurance games.
The model in one sentence
You pay for a real clinical relationship — evaluation, ongoing care, and monitoring — and for medication only when it’s prescribed. Nothing is sold direct-to-cart, and you see the price before you pay.
The pieces
There are a few distinct costs, and separating them is what makes pricing honest:
- Provider Evaluation — $110. A telehealth visit with a licensed provider, the entry point to every program. This is the consult, not the medication.
- Membership — $85.99/month. This covers the part that actually makes therapy work over time: ongoing provider care, monitoring, dose management, check-ins, member pricing on medications, an included certified nutrition-coach visit, and the education library. It’s month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
- Labs — billed separately, only if recommended. If lab work would inform your plan, an at-home kit ships to you and testing is billed on its own. Not everyone needs labs.
- Medication — billed separately, only when prescribed. At your member rate, shown before you pay, and prepared by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy.
Why membership instead of marking up the medication
